Gora

SPECIES: Salamence
TYPE: Dragon/Flying

GENDER: Male
ABILITY: Intimidate (Lowers the foe’s Attack.)
NATURE: Hasty
CHARACTERISTIC: Likes to thrash about

MOVESET: Rage, Bite, Leer, Headbutt, Focus Energy, Ember, Protect, DragonBreath, Zen Headbutt, Scary Face, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Fly, Crunch, Dragon Claw

PERSONALITY: An imperious and quick-tempered brute who greeted Dorumon in New Bark Town. The exhilaration of gaining wings has unleashed Gora's inner beast, and now more than ever he's preoccupied with showing his "mastery" of flight and combat, to his trainer's dismay. He has little patience for anything that remotely annoys him and will attack at the slightest provocation. He's fiercely loyal to his trainer, but makes shows of challenging Dorumon's authority. The relationship between them is strained, thanks to Gora's total lack of concern for the Pokemon he fights.

Named Gora on 7/28/13. Name origin: DORUgoramon is the more bestial of DORUmon's potential Ultimate forms - an avatar of destruction in the shape of a dragon, known as the "Final Enemy". DORUmon chose the name first to reflect Salamence's destructive tendencies, but secondly to remind himself that he has a deep bond with Gora and a responsibility to not give up on him - and, thirdly, as a sign that the Salamence's future isn't set in stone, and, like DORUmon, he has the potential to become a force for good.

STYLE: Straightforward and aggressive. Focused on progression at any cost. Fights fire with fire. Dislikes one-sided battles and will goad opponents into action. Easily frustrated. Prone to tunnel vision. If able, will destroy the enemy as ruthlessly as possible in a great show of power.

OT: DORUmon | fateful encounter | Poke Ball | New Bark Town | 4/29/13

LEVEL: 62 (+ 4/5) (as of August 25th)
